Q: What’s the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: Since all our products are 100% customized, 100% custom paper tubes have 2000 pcs suggested minimum order quantity. We have done smaller orders, but we find they’re not very cost-effective at lower runs. Let us know what you’re thinking and we can guide you in the right direction.
Q: Do you have stock products to sell?
A: No, we work on OEM orders. Each product we do is custom.
Q: Could you provide a free design for my packaging box?
A: Yes, we provide free design service, structural design, and easy graphic design according to your requirements.
Q: Can we have our logo or company information on your products or package?
A: Sure. Your Logo can show on the products by Printing, UV Varnishing, Hot Stamping, Embossing, Debossing, Silk-screen Printing, or Stickers.
Q: How long can I get this sample?
A: After receiving the sample charge and all the material & design being confirmed, the sample time is 3-7 days and Express delivery usually needs around 3-6 days.
Q: What is the common delivery time?
A: Normally 15-35 days after confirmation of the order.
Q: What is your terms of delivery?
A: We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost-effective for you.
Q: How can I get a quotation?
A: You should determine the following matters:
1) The packaging pattern(If you don’t know please ask us for advice).
2) The size of the product (Length*Width*Height).
3) The material and surface handing.
4) The printing colors(Pantone or CMYK).
5) If it is possible, please also provide pictures or designs for checking. The sample will be best for clarifying, If not, we will recommend relevant products with details for reference.

Q: What are the Payment terms?
A: All custom tubes require a 50% deposit with the balance paid before shipping.
